At Silent Rose, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.


1. Free Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items.

To qualify for a free return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging

2. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

Include your:

  • order number
  • reason for return

We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions (for example, if it has been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or is not returned in its original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

In such cases, the item may be returned back to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or damaged
  • The item is not in its original packaging
  • The return request is made after 14 days

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
