Silent Rose Shipping Policy

At Silent Rose, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


1. Processing Time

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed
  • In many cases, orders are shipped the same day or next working day
  • During busy periods, dispatch may take 1–3 working days
  • During sale periods, public holidays, or high demand, dispatch may take 3–5 working days
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only
  • We do not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

2. Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service for all UK orders.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.


5. Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


6. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • courier issues
  • high demand periods
  • weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • seasonal periods such as Christmas or public holidays

Silent Rose is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control, particularly during busy seasonal periods.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time:

We will work with you to resolve the issue where possible.


9. Delivered Orders

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Silent Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a customer chooses to have their order delivered to a designated ‘safe place’ or leaves delivery instructions with the courier, Silent Rose cannot be held responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.


10. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to issue a refund for that item.

If your order contains multiple items, any unavailable item will be refunded, and the remaining items will still be shipped.
